41st Infantry, (12th Reserves), Second State Color. The 41st was organized on July 25, 1861, and was composed of men from Philadelphia, Wyoming, Bradford, Dauphin, Northampton, Westmoreland, York, Indiana, Huntingdon, and Franklin counties. The regiment received its second flag in December 1863, however, the regiment continued to carry its first flag as well. The 41st was mustered out on June 11, 1864.

The regiment received its first flag on September 10, 1861. Although the regiment received a new flag in December 1863, the regiment continued to carry its first flag as well. The 41st was mustered out on June 11, 1864.
